Nicaragua in January became the sixth country in the world to officially sign the Universal Declaration on Animal Welfare (DUBA), which promotes the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA).

According to Renato circus owners, animals do not suffer violence and eat well.

"We will try to talk to the Attorney General and other public actors to prevent other circuses with animals are installed in the country," said Rimbaud.
