It affects the child's personal safety and is more than obvious and indisputable paternal and maternal irresponsibility in dealing with a child to unnecessary risk, absurd and cruel.

The age of this child is 12 years and ICBF is stated clearly as a fundamental right of minors are not exploited at work and as mentioned the same legal age is 15 and the infant is only 12 years.
